Patient Feedback, Complaints & Comments

speach

These are some of the comments we have received from patients in the last few weeks:

. Pt, wanted to feedback how wonderful one of the Healthcare Administrators had been when she phoned the practice.  She was very upset when she phoned and she calmed her down and she had made a real difference.

. Pt wanted to say how much they appreciated what we and the NHS do for them.  Its not just reacting to health issues but the proactive system we apply, caring for their welfare, monitoring, testing and thoughtfulness that is so apparent.

Pt wanted to say how amazing the normal service from Litchdon is with regards to wait times on the phone and the call back times.  Recently tried to access medical care for a friend in a city and was put on hold for around an hour.  At Litchdon dont think I've evedr waited more than 5 minutes to be connected.

. Thank you to nurse Laura for her kind professional care and the Healthcare Administrator.

Pt wanted to pass on his thanks to Dr Jefferies for his actions both him and his wife are extremely grateful.

. Pt wanted to thank Dr Whatling for all the trouble he took.  She very much appreciated all the time and care he gave her and could not have asked for better.

. Pt, said his knee is so much better after the injection given by Dr Whatling, she is so happy and he is wonderful.

We may not always get it right all the time, so we appreciate feedback both good and not so good.  This allows us to give positive feedback to staff where appropriate and to look at areas that we need to improve.

You can give us feedback by talking to any member of staff, completing the 'Comments Form' section on our Complaints & Comments practice leaflet below, speaking or writing to the practice manager or by leaving a review on the NHS choices website.
